Specialties in Takayama are Hida Beef skewers, Midarashi dango and Hida Beef bun.
Today, we would like to introduce one of the Hida Beef bun shops, Kihachiro along Yasugawa street.

The shop has a brown curtain which sign says “Kihachiro(喜八郎)” in front of the shop. As soon as the staff opens the lit of the basket steamer, the white steam puffed out of it and Hida beef bun peeped. We got it and ate it inside the shop.
